Ingredients

10 ea. eggs

22 oz Sour Cream

22 oz Buttermilk

23 oz all-purpose flour

26 oz sugar

26 oz cornmeal

0.4 oz salt

0.6 oz baking powder

0.3 oz baking soda

21 oz butter, melted

Directions

Method:

1. Mix wet

2. Add in dry, fully incorporate

3. 4 oz. aluminum cups or cast iron pan

4. Mix in melted butter

5. Bake at 350 degrees until cake tester comes out clean
