This cocktail is currently on the Red Rooster Harlem cocktail menu and was introduced to us by Karl Ljungblad from Tap Room in Stockholm.

Total time: 5 minutes


Maragarita with grapefruit

1 ½ oz Giro Tequila

½ oz Pink Grapefruit Liqueur

1  ¼ oz Lime juice

¾ oz Agave Syrup


Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into a wine glass or cocktail glass.
