Brussels Sprouts

2 lbs Brussels sprouts sliced in half length wise

4 oz. Garlic mayo

2 oz. Fried garlic

1 tbsp Pickled Vegetables

1 tsp Chives

Salt TT

For Garlic mayo

8oz garlic

16 oz. oil

32 oz. mayonnaise

Salt TT

Cook garlic in oil until soft ( Cool down) and puree the garlic  in a blender until smooth. Once pureed add mayonnaise and salt.
