Aleppo Honey

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ¼ tsp Black bean paste

  • 2 ¼ tsp Toban Djan (chili bean sauce)

  • 5 tsp Rice Vinegar

  • 1 ½ tsp Aleppo spice

  • 2/3 cup honey

  • 2 Sweetie Drop miniature peppers

DIRECTIONS

1) In a bowl mix all of the ingredients except the sweetie drops and the rice vinegar.
2) In a blender, add the rice vinegar and the sweetie drops and blend until smooth.
3) Add the pepper puree to the mixing bowl with the honey and spices and combine.
