Saint Mark The Evangelist School at Red Rooster

It was great having ten students and their teachers visit from Saint Mark The Evangelist School last Friday. David Ellis, a teacher at the school, brought the students to enjoy lunch at Red Rooster.  The lunch menu included the Caesar Salad, Fried Yard Bird, Helga's Meatballs, and the Sweet Potato Doughnuts.  They also received signed cookbooks and a tour of the restaurant.

Many of the students who were chosen to visit Red Rooster want to be chefs when they get older.  It is so important to me to educate and share my passion for food and cooking.  I hope the kids enjoyed their lunch, I certainly enjoyed meeting them!
