Last week, I had a great visit to The Nate Berkus Show. Nate and I spoke about one of my favorite classic traditions-brunch! I shared with him some simple recipes for some ultimate brunch dishes.
We prepared a simple yet very flavorful Apple and Pancetta Potato Pancake with an Asian Balsamic Vinaigrette. And let's face it, you can't have brunch without a great cocktail, since it's the best excuse to start drinking early. So I also made a great Brunch Punch, that included red wine, cognac, orange juice, and bitters. Potato pancakes and punch- two awesome brunch treats!
Check out the video below of my visit to The Nate Berkus Show to see just how easy it is to make these two brunch dishes.
