What a fun, action-packed day! Had a blast playing rooftop soccer with new friends at the @clarionmalmolive followed by a fun, flavor-filled homecoming party at @eaterysocialmalmo. My favorite part was cooking with and learning more about @yallatrappan, an empowering women’s cooperative in Malmö.

Always feel so at home in Scandinavia, and love to see all the creativity from our restaurant teams here with dishes like @kitchenandtablefishery’s Norwegian Salmon Ceviche.
