The new edition of Best Food Writing 2010 is now available. Â With so much food writing out there to read through, and so little time to do it, I turn to this great annual compilation of food writing for an interesting read. Â There are excerpts from books, articles from magazines, as well as from newspapers and websites. Â This well-curated selection of the best writing about food is easy to turn to when I only have time for one article. It's great to see a compendium of articles whose subjects reach from "ethical Carnivores" to "How to Make Perfect Thin and Crispy French Fries." Â Editor Holly Hughes gives you a taste of everything food-related in diverse topics from memoir pieces in the "Personal Tastes" section to restaurant and food reviews in the "Dining Around" section. Â I love the various points of views, and it keeps me thinking even when I'm super busy.
