In theme with our “detox before the holidays” recipes, I’m featuring another cabbage salad recipe today. This time I added grapefruit and sauteed shrimp for an extra kick. Salty, bitter, and sweet flavors define this refreshing salad. The tender shrimp add protein, making this dish an appropriate main course.
