2 small zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
Small sprinkling of chopped chives
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
Oregano, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Combine the zucchini, yogurt, chives, oregano and garlic powder. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature for maximum taste!
