Rooster Punch Recipe

Outdoor seating is open at Red Rooster!  Come enjoy a meal outside and celebrate summer with a glass of Rooster Punch.The weather is perfect for enjoying time with friends and family up in Harlem. Prep Details

Servings: Makes about 13 cups

Ingredients

2 cups red wine

2 cups brandy

1 cup triple sec

4 cups orange juice

2 cups sugar

1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

1 oz blood orange bitters

Orange slices, for garnish

Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Combine the sugar and 1 1/2 cups water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and stir to dissolve the sugar. When the mixture comes to a boil, remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the punch, including the cooled simple syrup. Stir to combine.

To serve, fill a wine glass with ice and fill with punch. Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.
