One of my fondest memories from childhood is of bubbling and foaming root beer floats at slumber parties. My love for this classic American dessert hasn’t lessened over the years, but now that I’m focused on getting fit for summer I wanted to create a guilt-free version. To keephealthy and light, I bought a bottle of diet Root Beer and organic vanilla frozen yogurt. And the best part? These refreshing floats are only 100 calories each!
1 bottle diet Root Beer
1 cup Vanilla frozen yogurt, (preferably organic) divided
Place a spoon in two glasses. Fill each glass with 1/2 cup of the frozen yogurt. Evenly divide the root beer between both glasses. Enjoy!
