Food Videos: Chefs Without Borders

I'm excited about a new initiative for MarcusSamuelsson.com. I am going to start posting food-related videos, and I encourage all my fans and readers to take part! Whether it's a video of you learning how to fillet a fish, or bake a cake, I welcome all videos. Going to Chinatown for Dim Sum or conquering a new recipe? Your video could be featured! I will be posting videos a few times a week, and I encourage you to send your video about food. Whether it's your video or someone else's, as long as you have the rights to distribute it, I'd love to see it! Please send the video or a link to the video and a brief summary to video@samuelssongroup.com.

I'm always impressed when chefs take the initiative to translate street food from foreign countries into recipes to share with food-lovers around the world. Without Borders, a group of three friends, all of whom are professional chefs, has done exactly that. They explored the local food and cultures around Asia, cooking, making videos, food, and all for only $30/day!

The first video is from the guys from Without Borders and their adventure in Penang, Malaysia learning how to make Char Koay Teow, a traditional stir-fry of rice noodles, vegetables, and seafood. Watch Lyndon learn how to make this delicious-looking dish.
