Tired and Depressed?

If you're feeling tired and depressed, you just might be lacking vitamin B12.  I learned in Melinda Beck's Wall Street Journal article "Sluggish? Confused? Vitamin B12 May Be Low" that B12 deficiency often affects people who don't each much meat. Doctors are now testing more people for B12 deficiency and finding that even "healthy and active" people can be affected. Luckily, B12 deficiency is easily corrected with supplements or minor changes in diet.

You could head up to Red Rooster for some meatballs or fried chicken, or you can boost your B12 by just eating more meat and dairy products. For more healthy tips and information, click here.
