We kicked off the New York Wine and Food Festival big last night at Red Rooster Harlem! We had, not one but two, guest chefs with us for our very first guest chef dinner in our newly renovated downstairs area, Chefs Andrea Reusing and Hedy Goldsmith. It was truly a pleasure cooking with them yesterday for the NYWFF Red Rooster Dinner, as it was to have the NYWFF makes its way uptown for the first time during the weekend's festivites to help us spread the word of all the flavors found in Harlem.
We featured an amazing menu last night for guests that helped all our different cooking styles shine. Every dish, from BBQ Shrimp to our Jerk Bacon and Eggs, was paired with a Duckhorn Vineyard Wine. All the chefs and the entire Red Rooster staff worked very hard to put together this amazing dinner.
