I grew up eating burgers as a treat in Sweden and on some evenings, after a long night at work, nothing is better than gathering with fellow chefs to grab a beer and a burger. It is comfort food at its best. The big difference is the way we source and look at ingredients. I create a burger with the same passion I apply to food and fine dining. We use the best purveyors and choose beef from local, artisinal farms and ranches. Take a look at our new website for Marc Burger that just launched!
