Besides increasing your calcium intake, eating more dairy products might be a boon to reproductive health. Early studies show that dairy products could possibly help women with ovulation problems. And oysters, a legendary aphrodisiac, are full of zinc. Zinc is a key nutrient for getting pregnant, since not getting enough zinc can decrease egg quality. Oysters with cream sauce might be the next pregnancy superfood!
