Cooking for Dr. Oz: Mac and Greens Recipe with a Twist

I was thrilled to be recently featured on Dr. Oz's show for a segment called Mystery Health Ingredient. We swapped out one ingredient in a classic dish to drastically cut down on fat and calories.  The secret ingredient? Rice milk! Have you ever considered using rice milk in your mac 'n cheese? You can use this low-calorie substitute in place of regular milk and cream to keep that yummy, rich taste without overdoing it.
