Dear Mr. Samuelsson:
On one of the PROJECT RUNWAY shows you had occasion to directly address one of the older chefs. I forget which one, but old enough to be your father. You called him Mr and his last name (which I forget) but the incident , you showing such respect for someone older than you was so heartwarming to me that I am glad to finally have an opportunity to tell you how much respect I have for you and your family .
I really am not a hide bound individual, it is just so nice to hear civility , much appreciated.
